Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a front desk receptionist in Colorado to greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and collect payments at the point of service. You will coordinate follow-up appointments and support prosthetic care planning in a busy O&P clinic.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong computer skills, and experience with medical front office procedures. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk or reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Experience in medical front office procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at front desk and provide wait-time information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details at check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, casts/measures, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
