Hanger, Inc. is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to ensure a seamless patient experience across our orthotics and prosthetics clinics. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and support daily front office operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, medical front office exposure, and is comfortable using Windows-based software. A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than one year of customer service, administrative or related experience required.
• Experience in a receptionist position or medical front office procedures preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, providing information and answering inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details during check-in; handle walk-in registrations.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including cast and measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records for all patients.
