Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographic and financial data for registration and billing.
• Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and collect patient liability.
• Assist patients with directions and mobility as needed.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and government payor requirements.
• Mentor and train staff and support supervisory duties when needed.
