Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the check-in/out desk.
• Collect and analyze demographic, insurance, and clinical data for pre-registration and registration.
• Coordinate initial evaluations and appointments for multi-discipline care.
• Manage calls from insurance/care managers to coordinate care.
• Handle charges and receipts; explain benefits and options for self-pay.
• Respond to inquiries from patients or legal representatives.
• Provide clerical support to Scheduling and Patient Financial Services staff.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate reimbursement.
