Qualifications

• EPIC training/experience preferred.
• Insurance payor systems experience preferred.
• ICD-10 terminology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception and face-to-face check-ins.
• Handle pre-registration and insurance eligibility confirmation.
• Assist with cash collections and updating patient records.
• Address inquiries with professionalism and compassion as the first point of contact.
• Advocate for patients to ensure their needs are met and foster trust.
