Qualifications

• ICD-10 medical terminology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service by phone, in person, and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception, face-to-face check-ins, and pre-registration.
• Verify insurance eligibility and confirm payment information.
• Handle cash collections and patient payments.
