Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent customer service via telephone, in person, and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Willingness to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and check-in processes.
• Verify insurance eligibility and perform preregistration tasks.
• Advocate for caller needs and respond to inquiries across channels.
• Serve as the welcoming front door, ensuring a positive patient experience.
