Qualifications

• EPIC training/experience preferred.
• Insurance payor systems experience preferred.
• ICD-10 terminology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to meet customer service standards via phone, in person, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception and face-to-face check-ins.
• Handle pre-registration, insurance eligibility confirmation, and cash collections.
• Register new patients and update records; respond to inquiries professionally.
• Advocate for patients to ensure needs are met and foster trust.
