Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.

• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other amounts; explain insurance benefits.
• input demographic and financial information accurately and securely.
• Balance cash drawer and perform end-of-shift cash handling.
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient and payer needs.
