Advocate Health’s Pulmonology Clinic in Macon, GA is seeking a full-time registration specialist to provide exceptional patient service at the front desk. You will handle registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing support while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Customer relations experience required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred; Front desk practice experience preferred.

• Manage patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, collection and cash receipting, and arrival/departure desk activities.
• Encourage patient utilization of front-end technology during registration; maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist billing functions and direct to the appropriate billing office.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency codes and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor inventory and stock medications, narcotics, and emergency medications/equipment.
