Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel for float positions.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned Patient Access tasks accurately and timely.
• Responds promptly, professionally and courteously to all customers’ needs.
• Cooperates and communicates effectively with McLaren Health Care team members.
• Contributes to continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Seeks guidance from Rep II/III and supervisor on tasks assigned.
