Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with 10-key calculators and Windows-based software.
• Preferred: associate degree and/or medical billing/coding certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned Patient Access tasks accurately and timely.
• Responds professionally to customers’ needs at the front desk.
• Collaborates with McLaren Health Care team members and supports revenue cycle processes.
