Job summary

Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks a Patient Access Coordinator for Per Diem, 16 hours per week, to ensure accurate registration and billing information. You will support clinical staff and manage data across patient demographics, insurance, and visits in a fast-paced central treatment area.

You will verify insurance, collect copays, and help provide a positive patient experience while using Outlook and Epic. Strong communication and multitasking are required in this role at BMCHS.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
