• Greets patients and collects demographic information.

• Verifies information and obtains necessary signatures.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to patients and internal clients.
• Verifies patient information and enters it into the system.
• Obtains insurance information and checks eligibility.
• Assists with registration of patients across hospital departments.
• Handles bed placement including admissions, transfers and discharges.
