Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the initial electronic health record for patient care.
• Check in/register patients; collect demographics and insurance details.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect co-pays.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and data security.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
• Manage EHR work queues and follow department processes.
