Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Receptionist experience or medical front office procedures preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within policy standards.
• Talent Sorter assessment may be administered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance at check-in.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and treatment plans.
• Serve as liaison for referral sources and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain needed patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
