Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait-time information and answer inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle registrations.
• Collect patient payments such as deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, casts, measurements, deliveries, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
