Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
• One year experience working with an electronic medical record (EMR) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patients and complete check-in and intake processes.
• Answer phone calls professionally and route requests as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments per protocol.
• Register new patients with complete demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain lobby area and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
