Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume inbound calls and manage messages.
• Schedule patient appointments and perform check-in/check-out; verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect co-payments and payments; post transactions.
• Process authorizations, referrals, and billing information.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
