UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Front Desk receptionist to support patient flow and ensure efficient check-in/out processes. You will verify demographics and insurance details in Epic, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments, while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering courteous service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic math, and experience in a medical office or customer service role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; healthcare setting or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to process registrations, collect fees, and schedule appointments.
• Experience with Epic Front Desk or similar healthcare software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients at front desk to ensure quick and accurate processing of visits.
• Obtain and verify patient information and insurance in Epic; ensure proper billing and charge entry.
• Schedule appointments, confirm future visits, and coordinate with clinic staff.
• Handle payments, co-pays, and insurance verifications with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information and provide excellent customer service.
