Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs patient check-in and check-out using EPIC with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verifies demographics and insurance, collects co-pays, provides receipts.
• Screens patients for pre-certifications and referrals and explains financial policies.
• Assists patients on arrival, answers questions, and directs to correct areas.
• Supports clinicians by processing appointment paperwork and patient flow.
• Answers, screens, and routes calls for timely communication.
• Completes scheduling tasks aligning with clinical needs.
• Documents patient info in EPIC for clear team communication.
• Reconciles daily payments, balances cash drawer, closes financials per shift.
