Qualifications

• Six months in Patient Access Rep I or one year of customer service experience with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Identify participating CH insurance plans and non-participating plans.
• Register patients quickly and accurately, collecting and entering demographics, physician and insurance information.
• Verify benefits, obtain authorizations when required, and ensure proper documentation in the EMR.
