The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of healthcare receptionist or customer service experience, with strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience as receptionist or clerk in healthcare or customer service.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills; basic Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls promptly and courteously; routes to appropriate area.
• Schedules and cancels appointments; books outpatient tests and surgeries per policy.
• Performs check-in/check-out tasks; verifies demographic and insurance data; collects payments.
