Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify demographic and financial information for inpatients and outpatients prior to or during registration.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, physician offices, payers and coworkers.
• Communicate financial/insurance information to case management and financial counseling staff; complete managed care notifications.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and follow privacy and security policies.
• Enter accurate patient information into registration systems and obtain signatures on required forms before services.”],
