Job summary

Insight Health Systems is seeking a Patient Access Representative to register and pre-register patients for medical services across clinic, lab, inpatient, outpatient or ED. You will collect demographics, verify insurance, and collect copays while maintaining HIPAA privacy.

Responsibilities include face-to-face registrations, scheduling, handling questions from patients and staff, posting payments, and supporting a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and collect copays/coinsurance to meet financial goals.
• Answer questions from patients, visitors and staff and refer to appropriate departments as needed.
• Post payments to patient accounts and assist with financial responsibilities.
