Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferably within a healthcare setting
• Experience scheduling in a hospital or medical office environment preferred
• Requires ability to type 40 WPM and navigate multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Assist and schedule patient appointments across subspecialties or locations
• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
• Cross-sell locations or physicians per protocol and maintain accurate records
