Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and register patients.
• Transcribe orders and verify insurance.
• Handle telephone coverage and data entry.
• Protect PHI and manage patient referrals.
• Assist with payment collection and balancing.
• Maintain positive patient relations and satisfaction.
• Support Dayton Children’s financial solvency and billing processes.
• Provide coverage across locations as needed.
• Support overall department operations in ED patient access.
