Qualifications

• Ability to navigate through multiple screens to provide essential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Document patient communications on omnichannel platform (call/text/email/chat).
• Must possess attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and navigation through screens.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through the visit process by gathering demographics, clinical, and insurance information to generate patient accounts.
• Verify medical insurance eligibility and review referrals for accurate scheduling.
• Handle scheduling requests, rescheduling or cancellations, and coordinate with care teams.
• Troubleshoot access barriers and answer basic administrative questions per internal knowledge system.
