Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two years in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Epic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics, insurance and financial information.
• Crosstrain to staff all areas of patient access (front desk, admitting office, ED and cash register).
• Function as a Super User and train new caregivers.
