Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to verify patient demographic, insurance and financial information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for medical visits.
• Answer phones and address patient inquiries and scheduling.
• Assist patients with enrolling and utilizing MyChart.
• Enter, update and validate patient demographic, insurance & financial information.
• Communicate information to the medical care team and coordinate referrals.
