Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, physicians and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete patient registration in Admitting, Outpatient Registration and Emergency Department.
• Verify demographics, insurance benefits and eligibility; explain consent forms and financial responsibilities.
• Collect payments or refer to credit services; inform patients of financial assistance procedures.
• Maintain logs and work as part of a team across hospital departments.
