Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration tasks and verifies patient data.
• Verifies insurance information by phone, online, or electronic system.
• Identifies and communicates authorization/referral requirements to physicians and payors.
• Calculates patient financial responsibilities and processes payments in ADT.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and maintains relationships with AHN staff and partners.
• Meets productivity targets and completes mandatory training.
