Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in front desk or reception work preferred.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at arrival, provide wait times and inquiries at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, casts/measures, delivery and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
