You will coordinate provider schedules, manage calls, and maintain accurate records, while upholding HIPAA standards and delivering empathy in every interaction. This position offers community-focused teammates and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office experience preferred
• Front desk/receptionist experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and check in/out; schedule appointments.
• Manage provider schedules and improve patient access.
• Handle copays, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Document in EPIC and update demographics.
