PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator in Odessa, FL. You will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments, and support clinic operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

You’ll maintain accurate records, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with care teams while upholding HIPAA and documentation accuracy. This role offers growth within a nationwide PT practice and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, referrals, and EMR docs.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
• Assist with clinic operations and provide coverage as needed.
