Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms preferred
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA, insurance processes, and documentation standards compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access issues.
• Assist with clinic operations and provide coverage for special projects as needed.
