Responsabilités

• Provide front office registration duties: collect demographics, verify benefits, and obtain signatures on ER consent forms.
• Enter patient information into EHR and billing software; file and scan documents to patient records.
• Maintain and file patient records per policy and ensure proper document handling.
• Provide medical records to other providers as requested and manage authorization releases.
• Log payments and cash receipts (Square) and maintain cash drawer during shift.
• Maintain accurate billing records and payer information.
