Qualifications

• Experience with patient intake/registration or similar workflow is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify patients during check-in to ensure accurate records
• Process patient registrations and collect information for demographic and insurance details
• Verify insurance information and authorizations
• Schedule patient appointments and confirm details
• Collect payments and verify patient financial responsibility
• Explain consents and obtain signatures as required
• Enter patient demographics into the system accurately
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned
