Responsibilities

• Identify patients during check-in and prevent duplicate records.
• Collect payments and verify financial responsibility.
• Enter patient demographics into the system and verify insurance information.
• Obtain consents and signatures; schedule appointments.
• Verify third-party payer information and authorizations.
• Perform duties aligned with Epic System processes and departmental procedures.
