Qualifications

- Minimum one year experience in reception or customer service.
- Healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at front of house.
- Proactively greet patients and visitors and assist with needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
