Qualifications

• Must maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with patient data, scheduling, and insurance verification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain patient data in registration and scheduling systems.
• Interview patients to collect registration info and determine insurance coverage.
• Identify financial liability and guide patients on options and eligibility.
• Collect payments for services and reconcile transactions.
• Perform insurance verification and prior authorizations prior to appointments.
• Assist patients with completing forms for medical records and billing.
