Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) in Arizona seeks a senior leader to oversee Patient Registration and Patient Access operations across hospital and ambulatory sites. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, training, and ensuring compliant, efficient front-end processes.

You will coordinate with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Pharmacy to minimize denials and improve revenue cycle performance while maintaining Navajo Nation preferences and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years supervisory or management experience in Patient Access within a hospital facility setting.
• Minimum five years of experience in patient access, patient registration, medical billing, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or patient accounting in healthcare/tribal settings.
• Must obtain NAHAM and/or HFMA certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead Patient Access operations for Ambulatory and Hospital departments across multiple campuses.
• Supervise 10+ employees with coaching, scheduling, performance management.
• Provide organization-wide Patient Access training support, workflow education, and competency validation in coordination with revenue cycle leadership.
• Lead enterprise PAS training initiatives including staff scheduling, audit follow-up, and training documentation.
• Support standardized Patient Access practices to reduce workflow variation and align with revenue cycle goals.
• Develop, implement, and enforce Patient Access policies, procedures, and training materials.
