Qualifications

• Excellent public relations skills and professional demeanor when dealing with the public.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff and payers.
• One year of customer service experience preferred; ICD-9/CPT-4 knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to procedures.
• Some college coursework preferred.
