Qualifications

• Some college coursework preferred; knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates quality and efficient patient intake through pre-registration and registration processes.
• Verifies insurance, precertification where required, completes documentation, and supports POS collections.
• Handles work output review and ensures smooth patient flow in a multi-location facility or system.
