Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Two years of patient access experience in a healthcare setting handling registration, insurance verification, copayment determination and related services preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge; familiarity with third-party plans, medical billing and collection.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of Epic systems including Grand Central, Prelude and EMR preferred.
