Qualifications

• Front desk or physician office experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient information for visits and verifies demographic data.
• Explains financial requirements and collects deposits or deductibles.
• Schedules appointments and handles referrals/pre-auths.
• Manages check-in/check-out and processes payments.
• Reviews pre-arrival messages and work queues.
• Reconciles daily cash and end-of-day balances.
• Assists with service recovery and process improvements.
