You will accurately capture patient and insurance information, use the Epic system, and collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to ensure timely patient flow while upholding confidentiality and service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, compassionate service to patients and families.
• Schedule, pre-register, and register patients in person and by phone using Epic.
• Enter and verify demographics and insurance details.
• Collect and scan ID, insurance, and consents.
• Resolve routine registration issues and escalate when needed.
• Greeter at Welcome kiosk locations and direct patients to resources.
