Qualifikationen

• Experience: 6 months in a customer service/front desk role or graduate of a front office/medical office program.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Special Skills: Professional demeanor, excellent customer service, ability to multi-task, critical thinking, computer literacy, ability to learn and use Epic.

• Register patients accurately in the EMR and verify insurance coverage.
• Inform patients of rights and billing procedures and assist in understanding liability.
