Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in related work; computer systems and MS Office.
• Skills: fast-paced, independent decision-making, accurate data processing.
• Preferred: Call Center experience, strong typing, medical terminology, bilingual, EHR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits, explain the registration process, respond to questions.
• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; reconcile cash drawer.
• Complete the Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and adjust coverage as needed.
• Instruct patients, obtain signatures on forms, scan and record documents.
