Responsibilities

• Answer calls regarding appointment times and inquiries.
• Review patient charts for appointment readiness and required information.
• Perform scanning and sorting within the EMR system.
• Verify and update current insurance information.
• Collect patient payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
